As CFO, Lisa's responsibilities encompass the finance and operational areas of the business including; financial reporting, treasury management, administration, fund accounting, compliance and regulatory filings and fund valuation.
Prior to joining Covington, she held positions with IBM Canada and Deloitte & Touche. Lisa is a Chartered Accountant and holds Masters of Accounting, Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Waterloo.
