Covington Fund II Update August 25, 2017

The Fund is currently closed to redemption requests. The Fund anticipates that it will again be re-opened to redemption requests prior to Calendar Year End 2017.  

The Fund continues to hold investments in 20 emerging private companies and Covington remains optimistic that 2016 and 2017 will offer potential exit opportunities for some of the Fund's holdings.  

The Board of Directors and the Manager will continue to provide shareholders with updates throughout 2016 and 2017.
